Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person engaged in the manufacture and sale of red molds in the name of “I,” from the voice group of Chungcheongbuk-do, and the Defendant is from November 1, 2014 to November 1, 2014, who works in the above “I, and takes charge of general affairs, such as ordering, packaging, and delivery.”

(a) No one shall acquire, transfer, transport, keep, mediate or appraise imported goods without filing a declaration;
