On January 22, 2013, A was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. in the Gwangju District Court's wooden branch, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on July 28, 2013.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 3, 2014, the Defendant sent the personal information to B via the “Netro Ba” Internet Meet Nos. 217,596,642, including the “B” of F, which was purchased and kept from a person with no name (E), from around 2011, from the perspective of the trade name in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Cheongyang-dong, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, the Defendant divulged another’s secret processed and stored through an information and communications network in the file format.

B. On March 1, 2014, the Defendant received a total of 6,960,370 personal information from K, i.e., “Tank disc” (L), a plaque (M), a name (K), and a resident registration number (N) in a file format, and received the divulged personal information by copying it with an USB camera, and received it with knowledge of the fact that the said personal information was divulged, with the knowledge of the fact that it was divulged.

2. Defendant B

A. On January 3, 2014, the Defendant, using another person’s personal information, intends to sell items, points, etc. and obtain pecuniary benefits by selling them on the website he/she has joined by using another person’s personal information.
