When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who manages or has processed personal information shall not divulge personal information he/she becomes aware of in the course of performing his/her duties or provide such information to any third person without due authority, and shall not damage, destroy, alter, forge, or leak any third person's personal information without due authority or beyond the permitted authority.
