1. The defendant shall pay 100,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from May 1, 201 to October 21, 2015, and the next day.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 1 and Article 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of a judgment without holding any pleadings.

Part of the dismissed part of the “Provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings” was amended, and as to the statutory interest rate for a case for which the pleadings of the first instance have not been concluded until October 1, 2015, the interest rate of 20% per annum under the previous provisions until September 30, 2015, and the interest rate of 15% per annum under the amended provisions from October 1, 2015, respectively. Thus, the part of the Plaintiff’s claim for delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of the duplicate of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, which exceeds the interest rate of 20% per annum, shall be dismissed.
