1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant B is KRW 69,677,700 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 23, 2015 to the date of full payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. Part of the dismissed part of the “Provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings” was amended, and as to the statutory interest rate of the case for which the first instance trial is not concluded until October 1, 2015, the interest rate of 20% per annum under the previous provisions until September 30, 2015, and the interest rate of 15% per annum under the amended provisions from October 1, 2015, respectively. Thus, among the Plaintiff’s claims, the part on which the Defendants seek damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day after the duplicate of the complaint of this case is served to the day of full payment, exceeds the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum.
