Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On February 3, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Busan District Court on April 16, 2012, which became final and conclusive by the Supreme Court on April 16, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Busan Detention Center on June 9, 2012.

1. On June 4, 2013, around 23:12, the Defendant, at the time of the Gyeonggi-si, the Defendant: (a) made a false statement to sell the victim C with the mobile phone (E) text messages in the Defendant’s residence; and (b) made the victim C sell the game money in a false way.

However, even if the money is remitted from the victim, there was no intention to sell the game money.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received money of 120,000 won from the above victim to the national bank account (Account Number G) in the F name.

2. On June 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) connected the online game “former 3,00,000 Eccck from the Jcket; (b) connected the online game “former 3,00,00 square meters” to the victim H; and (c) fraudulently told the victim H that “the victim would sell the “after 80,000 won remittance character” to the victim H.

However, the game character can be used by linking the ID and passwords, so even if 80,000 won are remitted from the victim as the character price, there was no intention to transfer the ownership of the game character to the victim finally.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 80,000 won from the above victim to the corporate bank account (Account Number K) in F.

3. On July 23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) connected the Defendant’s residence of the Plaintiff (No. 315 of the D Building) to the Internet NAV car page “M”; and (b) made a false statement to the effect that “I will send 20,000 won to the Victim L by phoneing N; and (c) “I will send 20,000 won if I transfer 20,000 won.”

However, even if the defendant receives 20,000 won from the victim, the facts are remitted.
