[criminal history] On June 22, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for six months with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Incheon District Court’s Vice-Support on June 22, 2017, and the judgment was finalized on June 30, 2017.

According to the evidence, the defendant was a used vehicle sales supervisor from D used cars around November 2015 and was registered as a used vehicle sales supervisor in the name of the above trading company C, a representative of the above trading company, but sold to a third party around March 2016. At the time of the above trading company, the defendant purchased a used vehicle at his/her own responsibility and sold it to a third party and then distributed profits by selling it.
