Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the operator of the “E Gameland” on the D 2th floor in Seopopopo City, and F is the employee of the said “E Gameland.”
From November 15, 2014 to December 18, 2014, the Defendant installed in the “E Gameland” with 30 tables and 18,000 won, which is the same method as the “CFewr (CUE 333)”, which is a game product not rated by the Game Management Committee, used the same method as the “CUBE 333” game. After filling the game money corresponding to the money paid by the customers searching for it, the Defendant obtained 200 points when the same number is displayed in a prof manner, and exchanged 18,000 won after deducting 10% per fee obtained.
F was employed by the Defendant on condition that the said “E Gameland” receives KRW 100,000 per day from November 21, 2014 to December 18, 2014, and was in charge of reporting the internal situation and settlement details of accounts in the money exchange and game room.
As a result, the defendant provided game products without rating in collusion with F and exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products for business purposes.
2. From November 15, 2014 to December 18, 2014, Defendant B provided game products not rated in the “E Gameland” as indicated in paragraph (1) and aided and abetted a criminal act committed by A by providing users with game products and exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products with knowledge of engaging in a business of exchanging game products, upon A’s request, in order to facilitate such act, by providing users with contact information and providing them with advice on the management of customers in the place of business from time to time, and by acting as an agent for business settlement affairs.
