Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 1, 2020, the Defendant driven a DM3 car under the influence of alcohol content of 0.111% at a section of about 10km from a place where it was impossible to know the same location at the bottom of the Busan Heung-gu, Busan, to the roads in front of the C in Busan Northern-gu.
