Punishment of the crime

On February 23, 2017, at around 04:11, the Defendant driven a BN-si car with alcohol content of about 200 meters from a place where it is impossible to know the location below the Busan Ma-dong, Busan Ma-gu, Busan Ma-dong, to the front road of the TN-dong 200 meters away from the blood alcohol content of about 0.19%.
