A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant and victim B (21) and victim C (20), victim D (21), victim E (19), victim F (21) and victim G (20 years old) are the sick soldiers belonging to the IF in Pyeongtaek-si H, and the defendant are the victims.

2. Violence;
A.
