1. All appeals filed by the plaintiffs are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal are assessed against the Plaintiffs.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.

Reasons

1. The reasons for admitting the judgment of the court of first instance are as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance except for a partial change of the reasons for the judgment as follows. Thus, it is acceptable in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Amending the amended part of the first instance court’s decision No. 5 of the fifth page “No claim for the increase in wages arising shall be retroactively extinguished” to the effect that “no claim for the increase in wages arising shall be retroactively extinguished until September 9, 2013 in which the occurrence occurred.”

Part 6 through 10 of the judgment of the first instance shall be deleted, and the following shall be amended:

3) Meanwhile, according to the results of the commission of document forwarding to the Jeonju District Court of the first instance and the purport of the whole pleadings with respect to each of the evidence Nos. 1-1 and 7 (including paper numbers), the defendant company employees, including the plaintiffs who joined the L Trade Union affiliated with K organization, (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiffs”) for convenience.

(2) On May 21, 2013, the Defendant Company filed a petition with the Labor Agency on the grounds that the Defendant Company calculated ordinary wages and did not pay part of wages to its employees from April 1, 2010 to March 31, 2013. The employees of the Defendant Company who joined the Labor Union of the I Organization also filed the same petition with the Labor Agency on June 12, 2013. The Defendant Company raised the number of employees of the 19 company who joined the Labor Union of the I Organization to pay wages retroactively to the employees of the said I Organization’s Labor Union on August 21, 2013.
