A, while seeking a person to deliver a large passbook collected from the needy in Korea to the cash withdrawal book with a view to using it for a crime of “singing,” in the Dongdong-dong Cheongdo-gun in China, A proposed that he would receive G from F known to him, and that he would give 50,000 won per one case to Defendant B through F on June 2015 upon receiving the introduction from Defendant B, and the Defendant B conspired with each other by accepting it.

No one shall, in using and managing the means of access, keep, deliver or distribute the means of access with the knowledge that such access is to be used for any crime or to be used for any crime, unless otherwise provided for in other Acts.

Nevertheless, on June 29, 2015, a member of H’s name misscing “scaming” called to H from the French site to “3 million won if sending the passbook and physical card” and received from H through Kwikset’s service.

In addition, at around 15:50 on June 29, 2015, Defendant A instructed Defendant B, through F, to “I are waiting for a person from active service 2 hours,” and Defendant B, in accordance with the foregoing direction, instructed Defendant B, through Kwikset service, to deliver the passbook and physical check card of the above H name bank account (I) at the exit-based 2 times in Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to deliver it to the “Skset-out withdrawal” book.
