1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff’s status as an overseas Korean of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter “China”) entered the Republic of Korea of April 9, 2008 as the status of stay for visiting employment (H-2) (H-2). Since then, the Plaintiff was changed to the status of stay for visiting and moving (F-1) on February 15, 2013, and resides in the Republic of Korea.

B. On August 19, 2009, the Plaintiff was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for the crime of injury as follows. On April 22, 2009, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million. On April 30, 200, the Defendant refused to drink as the victim OO, an employee of the same place, on the ground that he/she refused to drink as above, on the road in front of the C cafeteria located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million. On the other hand, the Defendant was issued a fine of KRW 10,000 on May 13, 2013.

The Defendant, as a driver of D Carren 2 car driving, was prohibited from driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. On March 24, 2013, at around 06:40, the Defendant driven a approximately 2 km from the street near the Dong-dong market located in the Dong-dong, Sinsan City to the front side of the new studio parking lot in the following cities:

3) On December 2, 2013, the Plaintiff was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act as follows.

At around 17:30 on August 19, 2013, the Defendant driven, without a driver’s license, on the road in front of the shooting distance in the Sungnam-dong 2143, Seongbuk-gu, Sungwon-dong, Sungnam-gu, 2143, the EKaren-si, and driven around 3 kilometers from around 487, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-do to the place where it was discovered.
