Reasons
Punishment of the crime
No person shall arrange, solicit, induce or compel sexual traffic in return for promising to receive money, valuables or other property benefits from unspecified persons.
1. From March 13, 2017 to March 22, 2018, Defendants A and B leased Nos. 1006, 1604, 1610, 1707, 1903, 1906, and 2006 of the Government-si Office Office Officetel Nos. 1610, 1707, 1903, 1906, and 2006, Defendant A, along with the Defendants, placed an advertisement on the Internet “K and L, etc.” by employing women engaged in commercial sex acts such as J, etc., with the promise of many unspecified male customers who had contacted with the advertisement report, and entered a similar act in the commercial sex acts such as 10 to 180,000 won in accordance with the course of commercial sex acts by taking advantage of their descendants, etc., and entered them in the frequency of engaging in commercial sex acts such as 4 to 770,013.
2.
