Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. "2012 Highest 2897";

A. In a case where the Defendant wishes to engage in a credit business that engages in the grant of unregistered credit business and brokerage of giving and receiving of money, registration is required to the competent administrative agency. However, on April 12, 2012, the Defendant loaned KRW 1,00,000 to B (the age of 53) within the parking lot of the National Agricultural Cooperative, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, for a loan of KRW 1,530,000 to B (the age of 53).
