The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. 2. The instant case is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when a victim files a complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act.

After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his/her intent to revoke the complaint against the defendant.

Therefore, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
