The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the Defendant is a member of the Mapo-gu Seoul apartment center in the Jeonsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, and the victim D (V, 69 years of age) is a general director of the above senior citizen center

E around 15:00 on December 5, 2014, the victim publicly insultingd the victim by stating that “The victim received money for operating expenses for senior citizens, recorded books in falsity, and purchased sports organizations purchased support payments for senior citizens shall also be a dynasium.” The Defendant also took the horses of E in the next direction, stating that “E does not have any word, “D does not have any way to dynasium, hynasium, and hynasium.”

2. The facts charged of this case are crimes falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act and can be prosecuted only when the victim files a complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the victim's withdrawal of the complaint against the defendant after the prosecution of this case is recognized. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the
