A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the defendant shall be sentenced to the above punishment for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant opened a door of a vehicle parked at night, and received money and valuables from a vehicle that does not correct it.

1. On May 16, 2014, the Defendant, at around 23:00, carried 320,000 won in total, including the sum of KRW 320,000,000, cash stored in the instant World Cup, and KRW 20,000,00, in total, of KRW 30,000, in the market price of the victim’s possession, which was attached on the front glass, after opening a door to the 33rd middle school located adjacent to the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, 54, the victim B, who was parked therein, and entering the vehicle.

2. On January 25, 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a driver’s seat of the D (BMW 320d) vehicle owned by the victim C and entered into the vehicle into the vehicle at around 04:00 of Gangseo-gu Busan, Gangseo-gu, Busan, and around 6:2, Hosan church parking lot; (b) and (c) had one set of street North Korea (MW 320d) with the market value equivalent to KRW 1,200,000 at the front and front glass; and (d) had one set of goods with the total amount of KRW 1,40,000 at the market price of KRW 20,000 at the front and front glass.

3. On May 2017, the Defendant: (a) opened a numberless K5 vehicle driver’s seat, the victim’s name and the non-sicked, parked in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City (U.S.) at a public parking lot near the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan Government Construction Model C&L; and (b) opened a string line and entered into the vehicle; and (c) opened a string line and opened an string line and carried one string line with the market price in the city.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen money and valuables worth KRW 1,720,000 in total as above.
