Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On August 3, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Changwon District Court on April 12, 2005, sentenced to one year and nine months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. at the Suwon District Court on April 12, 2005, sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul High Court on November 29, 2007, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 16, 2014.
【Criminal Facts】
1. Habitual theft;
A. At around 22:00 on May 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft of the victim’s cash amounting to KRW 150,000 and KRW 150,00 in cash inside the rest of the other victim’s knife in the rest of the rest of the knife in the rest of the other victim’s knife in the rest of the rest of the knife in the rest of the other victim’s knife.

At around 17:26 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) placed cash cards such as those of the preceding paragraph in a cash payment instrument (ATM), which is managed by the winners of the names of the victims, at the Si branch of a corporate bank located in Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu; and (b) removed KRW 1,000,000, and stolen the same.
E. The Defendant, at the same time on the same day, at the same seat of the Daegu Bank in the Daegu Dong-dong, Daegu-dong, 17:48.
