1. All appeals filed by the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) and the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) are dismissed.

2. The costs of appeal shall be borne respectively by each party.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff and C are legally married couple who completed the marriage report on February 26, 2008, and have their married couple.

B. From December 2010, the Defendant came to know C while commencing an election campaign at a sports center where C had been on duty as the head of C, and thereafter, C had been aware that C had a spouse, and entered into a sexual relationship several times with C with the knowledge that C had a spouse.

C. On May 5, 2012, the Defendant discovered that C was a dual-presidential system with another female officer, and found C to have known that it was a double-presidential system with C. On the following day, on May 6, 2012, the Defendant called the Plaintiff who was hospitalized in the hospital to the Defendant’s friendship, and called C’s double-presidential system to the Defendant’s friendship.

Since October 2013, while maintaining communication with C intermittently, the Defendant began with D from October 2013, and became pregnant, and completed the marriage report on July 14, 2014.

E. Meanwhile, on July 16, 2014, the Plaintiff filed the instant principal suit against the Defendant, and the duplicate of the complaint was served on the Defendant on July 29, 2014, and immediately thereafter, the Defendant called to C to the effect that “whether or not he/she has become a complaint.”
