Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while serving in C from February 1, 2019 to May 31, 2019, did not pay KRW 4,995,210 in total, including wages, etc. from March 1, 2019 to May 5, 201, within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment deadline.
