1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 30, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

1. Basic facts

A. On November 15, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant for non-payment of dividends with each of the insured and the beneficiary (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) and paid the insurance premium to the Defendant from that time.
