If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:30 on May 17, 2013, the Defendant driven a B-H test while under the influence of alcohol of about 200 meters alcohol content at approximately 0.092% on the front side of the E-A-H test in front of the E-I-dong, Ya-gu, Yasan-si, Sinsan-si.
