Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Ansan District Court's Ansan Branch on October 30, 2008, and on December 10, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of 1.5 million won for the same crime at the Suwon District Court's Suwon District Court on December 10, 201.

On July 18, 2013, at around 22:56, the Defendant driven a Category C cruise car 1 km from the high-speed fest of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the upper-dong top of the same city in the same time from the old fest of the Gu, Ansan-si, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.068%.
