A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On April 16, 2013, around 20:20 to 21:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting approximately 0.15g of marijuana in the pipe of tobacco produced by a gallon in a gallon vehicle owned by the Defendant, which was set up in a public playground parking lot located in Seocho-si, Seocho-si, Seocho-si, in a way that smokes by inserting approximately 0.15g of marijuana into a gallon, and attaching a gallon with a stop for a single use.
