A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who handles hazardous chemicals in violation of the Chemicals Control Act shall affix a label on the relevant hazardous chemicals to the containers, storage places, transportation vehicles, etc. of the relevant hazardous chemicals, and where the total capacity of the storage or storage facilities or the accumulated increase in the capacity of the transportation facilities, which are important matters among the matters permitted after obtaining permission for the business of hazardous chemicals, exceeds 50/100, he/she shall obtain

Nevertheless, around June 14, 2017, the Defendant obtained permission from the B basin Environmental Office to have no capacity to store, store, and transport equipment at the time of obtaining permission to change hazardous chemical sales business, but kept 961 copies of the container containing inorganic acid from around November 2018 to March 1, 2019, and sold them to fishermen as specified in the following sub-paragraph (b), without indicating hazardous chemicals' name, picture text, signal language, harmful, dangerous and preventive measures, and supplier information, and without obtaining permission to change.

2. No person who violates the Fishery Resources Management Act shall keep or use toxic chemicals for the purpose of cultivating fishery resources or removing foreign substances attached to fishing nets;

On November 2018, the Defendant sold 110,000 liter containers of 20 liter 10,000 won in total to the Kim roger F and G for the removal of the fishing gear, foreign substances attached to the fishing net, and miscellaneous 20 liter containers of 110,000 won in total, and sold 70 liter containers (total 1,40 liter 1,400 liter) to the G and Kim roger F and G over seven times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the Defendant uses inorganic acids for the purpose of “the purpose of removing foreign substances attached to aquaculture and fishing gear” in the Kim Farming market.
