Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2020, the Defendant driven B K5 cars at a distance of about 300 meters from the front of the Gyeonggi-do Mando-dong Seoul Metropolitan City, Gyeonggi-do, to the front road of the 50 YI-si, Singu, Sinung-si, Goak-si, Goak-do, with the alcohol level of 0.19%, while under the influence of alcohol around 23:44.
