Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2015, at around 01:18, the Defendant driven B K5 cars while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.225% alcohol concentration at approximately 2km from the 2km road in front of the sports park located in the 50-ro of the same calendar route from the Do in the front of the Sinsking-dong City, Chungcheongnam-si.
