Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant driven a Ba-do passenger car under the influence of alcohol level of about 0.160% in the 1km section from the Do of Samsung Electronic Service Center, adjacent to Samsung Electronic Service Center, to the Jeju Ba-si parking lot.
