A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for special intimidation at the Seoul Central District Court on September 6, 2018, and completed the enforcement of each of the above punishment on April 12, 2019.

However, at the time, the defendant had no intention or ability to pay the food cost, and in fact, he did not pay the total amount of KRW 9,000.
