Punishment of the crime

2. On May 5, 2016, around May 5, 2016, the Defendant ordered the Victim G in Gwangju Dong-gu to take measures, such as H’s drinking at the alcohol house, as if he would normally pay the drinking value, which was administered by the Victim G in Gwangju Dong-gu.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the drinking value.

As such, the Defendant deceptioned the victim and acquired 20 million won from the victim, namely, the victim, by being provided with 360,000 won or more at the market price.

3. On May 8, 2016, around 05:25, around May 8, 2016, the Defendant ordered the victim to provide alcohol and alcohol in the “K” restaurant operated by the Victim J in Gwangju-dong-gu, Gwangju-gu, as if he would normally pay the alcohol value.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the drinking value.

4. On June 6, 2016, around 13:35, the Defendant ordered food to the victim while working in the “N” restaurant for the operation of the victim M in Gwangju-gu L, Gwangju-gu, as if he would normally pay the food cost.
