1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The relevant Defendant B is a person operating the “E Hospital” located in the Nam-gu Seoul metropolitan area D, and the Plaintiff is hospitalized in the E Hospital and subsequently hospitalized in the hospital:
