Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Suwon District Court, and on December 7, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special injury, etc. at the same court, and completed the execution of each of the above punishment on September 28, 2019.

1. Fraud;

A. On June 5, 2020, the Defendant, at around 21:03, committed as if he did not have an intention or ability to pay the food cost at D’s main point of the “D” operated by the victim C (n, 58 years of age) located in the Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B, and ordered the victim’s drinking and food, and the Defendant was provided with drinking and food equivalent to KRW 68,00,000 in total, including one 48,000, and one 20,000, respectively.

B. On June 23, 2020, the Defendant, at around 20:54, performed as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the amount of food and beverage at the “G” point of operation of the Victim F (n, 59 years of age) in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, and ordered the victim to pay the amount of food and beverage, and the Defendant received an order for drinking and food from the victim to the victim, and received an amount equivalent to KRW 50,000,000, equivalent to KRW 50,000, total of KRW 1 disease, 200,000 from the victim.

C. On June 29, 2020, the Defendant, at around 01:17, committed as if he did not have the intent or ability to pay the amount of food to the victim I (n, 62 years of age) at the main point of “J” in the operation of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (J), and ordered the victim to drink and food and received an order from the victim to pay the amount of food and beverage equivalent to KRW 51,000,000 in total, including one 16,000, 35,000, and one 1,000,000 won.

On June 29, 2020, the Defendant, at around 22:49, committed as if he did not have an intention or ability to pay the actual food cost, at the main point of “M” in the operation of the Victim L (M) located on the first floor in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City K-gu, Incheon, the Defendant ordered the Defendant to pay the food cost, and ordered it to do so.
