A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On June 22, 2016, at around 22:22, 2016, the Defendant took the same attitude in paying the amount of money at E-cafeterias operated by the victim of the first floor of the building in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and received the above food and alcoholic beverages from the victim who believed that he/she ordered food equivalent to KRW 14,00,000 in total, including 1,400, 1,000, and 1,000.
However, even if the defendant was provided, he did not have the intention or ability to pay it.
The Defendant, in addition to this, obtained food and alcoholic beverages from the above date to July 19, 2016 through the same method, on a total of five occasions, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table.

1. On July 20, 2016, the Defendant issued an order for alcohol and food at the “H” restaurant operated by the injured Party G in Ma-si, G in Made-si on July 20, 2016, under the premise that the injured Party would have an intention or ability to pay the drinking value to the injured Party.
However, the Defendant did not have a means to pay the alcohol value, such as cash or credit card, and thus did not have the ability to pay the price even if he/she received an order for drinking, etc.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, was provided with alcohol and food equivalent to 11,00 won in total, including 11,000 won in the market price, and 4,000 won in the market price.
2. On July 24, 2016, the Defendant ordered alcohol and alcohol as if he/she had the intent or ability to pay the alcohol value to the victim, at the point of “K” operated by the victim J in Ma-si on July 24, 2016, around 21:30.
However, the Defendant did not have a means to pay the alcohol value, such as cash or credit card, and thus did not have the ability to pay the price even if he/she received an order for drinking, etc.
Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and deceivings him to be 6 diseases and market price equivalent to the market price of 30,000 won from the victim.
