A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant illegally uses air defense, around August 2014, purchased a unregistered studio and used B registration number plate which had been kept in his/her custody prior to the purchase of the studio on the said studio.

On November 18, 2014, the Defendant attached the said registration number plate to the front part of the front part of the front part of the front part of the 5-dong, Seosan-dong, Seosan-si.

Accordingly, the defendant used one motor vehicle registration number plate for the purpose of exercising.

2. The Defendant did not obtain a license for a motorcycle as a holder of the above motorcycletoo, in violation of the Road Traffic Act, and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act.

On November 21, 2014, at around 18:20, the Defendant exercised the illegally used air defense by driving the above Oralb, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, while attaching the registration number plate, from around 5 kilometers to the front road of the agricultural stone complex located in the Yellow Sea in the Yasan City, to the front road of the same Sinyang-dong.
