1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The plaintiffs as parties are the buyers of B apartment 202 unit (hereinafter "the apartment of this case") in Busan, the persons who purchased or donated it from the initial buyers, and the defendant constructed and sold B 101 unit, B 102 unit, 201 unit, 202 unit, and 4 unit 517 unit on the land of Busan, Seo-gu and 3 unit on February 201.
B. The plaintiffs acquired the ownership of the apartment of this case 1) among the plaintiffs, plaintiffs D, E, F, G, H, I, and J (hereinafter the above plaintiffs collectively referred to as "pre-sale plaintiffs").
3) The remaining plaintiffs except the plaintiffs (hereinafter referred to as "the plaintiffs in units")

3. On each date on which the contract was concluded, the sales contract was concluded for each of the apartment units of 202 units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 units of the instant apartment units.
2 The Defendant completed the instant apartment on or around June 2013, and completed the registration of ownership preservation in the name of the Defendant around July 25, 2013, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant.
Plaintiff
D acquired the ownership of the instant apartment on November 29, 2013 from K to which it was originally sold. Plaintiff E acquired the ownership of the instant apartment on February 7, 2014 from L to which it was originally sold. Plaintiff F acquired the ownership of the instant apartment from L to which it was originally sold. Plaintiff F acquired the instant apartment 802 from M to the joint name and completed the registration of ownership transfer on November 5, 2013. Plaintiff G acquired the said apartment 603 as the gift of 1/2 of the co-owner’s shares on August 23, 2013. Plaintiff H acquired the ownership transfer of the instant apartment 603 as the gift of 1/2 of co-owner’s shares on August 23, 2013, Plaintiff H acquired the ownership transfer of the instant apartment 2104 as the first co-owner’s share after completing the registration of ownership transfer on June 7, 2014, Plaintiff H acquired the instant apartment 2104 as the husband.
