A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 21, 2011, the Defendant sentenced 8 months to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud in the Gwangju District Court's Macheon Branch on December 21, 201, and completed the execution of the said punishment in the Net Prison around February 2012.

As a result, the Defendant had two sides of the need for treatment for about two weeks to the victim.

2. On December 9, 2014, at around 14:00, the Defendant: (a) walked a trial cost at G cafeteria located in the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu (57 years of age); (b) was a beer’s disease, which is a dangerous object on the table of the victim on the ground that he was informed of the victim’s complaint; and (c) went back the part of the victim’s head; and (d) took the part of the victim’s head at one time due to a shocker’s head, which is a dangerous object.

As a result, the defendant caused the victim to beer with beer and beer with a dangerous object, and the number of days of treatment was not two inception.
