A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 1, 2018, the defendant suffered special injury and special material damage: D'D' operated by the victim C around 21:20, pushing ahead with the victim E (34 years of age) and the victim F (33 years of age) answer to the purport that "days work together in Seoul" means, "I am dead, I am working at the Kim Sea present, and have a relation with the president, and how I am dead. As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous articles and inflicted injury on the victim E, such as a duct, which requires approximately four weeks of medical treatment, and inflicted injury on the victim F, such as an open room for two weeks of medical treatment, and damaged the victim C’s market price at approximately one hundred thousand won.

2. On July 1, 2018, at around 21:20, the Defendant interfered with the business, at the main point of the above “D” operated by the Victim C, i.e., F and E, as described in paragraph 1, and shouldering the entrance doors of the said main point, thereby avoiding disturbance.
