Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A, around 16:00 on May 29, 2015, told Defendant B of the G’s house located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the third corridor of the Incheon District Court located in the Nam-gu, Incheon District Court on June 25, 2015, Defendant B present as the victim at around 14:00 on June 25, 2015, and had Defendant B feel for perjury.
On the same day, the Defendant instigated the Defendant to testify to the above purport in the court of Incheon District Court No. 322 on the same day.
2. At the same time and time, Defendant B appeared as a witness in the above court No. 322 at the above court’s 2015 High Court Decision 72, and took an oath.
