A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. At around 03:00 on March 19, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05 g of psychotropic drugs, in the Domotour room located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu C, Seocheon-si, by drinking in drinking water.

2. At around 06:00 on the same day, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of philopon into a single-use injection room located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan E-gu, and melted water with water, and injected into the arms.

The suspended sentence shall be imposed in consideration of the defendant's age, environment, family relationship, etc., and probation, etc. shall be imposed concurrently on the grounds for sentencing under the proviso to Article 67 of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (200,000 won = 10,000 won (the national average price for medication once) x twice) x the defendant has no record of being sentenced to punishment for the crime of this case.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
