A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[Criminal Power] On October 23, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended sentence for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at Seoul Southern District Court on October 23, 2019, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 31, 2019.

No person other than a person handling narcotics shall smoke marijuana.

1. Medication of psychotropic drugs;

A.
