1. The defendant shall pay 5,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 24% per annum from December 5, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

According to the evidence No. 1 of the judgment as to the cause of claim No. 1, the Plaintiff can be found to have leased KRW 55 million to the Defendant on December 5, 2010 by setting the interest rate of 2% per month without setting the due date for repayment on December 5, 2010. As such, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff delay damages calculated at the rate of 24% per annum from December 5, 2014 to the date of full payment, as sought by the Plaintiff, after the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.

2. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
