Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant B is the master of D (71 ton, 5 on board) who is a fishing vessel of Chinese seat registry with the nationality of the People's Republic of China.
Although a foreigner intends to conduct fishery activities in the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Korea, the defendant and D did not obtain permission from the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries of the Republic of Korea to conduct fishery activities in the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Korea.
