1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 300,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from July 25, 2018 to the date of full payment.

On April 24, 2014, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 300 million to Defendant B on April 25, 2015, at the rate of 18% per annum; Defendant C and D have jointly and severally guaranteed the above loan obligations owed by Defendant B to the Plaintiff; and the fact that the interest on the above loan was paid by July 24, 2018 does not conflict between the parties, or that it was paid by July 24, 2018, may be recognized by adding the purport of the entire pleadings to each of the statements in subparagraphs 1 and 2.

According to the above facts, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 30 million won and the damages for delay calculated by the rate of 18% per annum, which is the interest rate for delay from July 25, 2018 to the day of full payment, from July 25, 2018.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case shall be accepted for all reasons, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
