1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 300,000,000 won and the period from August 30, 2018 to November 28, 2018.

On August 29, 2018, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 300 million to Defendant B Co., Ltd. under Defendant C’s joint and several sureties, and agreed on November 28, 2018 on the due date for repayment, interest rate of 6.9% per annum, and interest rate of 10% per annum, does not conflict between the parties.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed interest rate of KRW 30 million and the amount of 6.9% per annum from August 30, 2018, which is the agreed repayment date from August 28, 2018, to November 28, 2018, the agreed interest rate of KRW 30 million, 10% per annum from the next day to July 17, 2019, and damages for delay calculated by 12% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
