A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Around 10:25 on July 15, 2019, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C (a) who was wearing a sleep and sleep in Ansan-si member B, and on the street, with his/her school uniforms worn a white horse and sleep, and (b) discovered the victim’s sexual sleep that “the victim would have to buy all the horses reported to him/her and take smelling them),” and the victim sleeped with his/her sexual sleep that “the victim would have to do so.” The Defendant rejected the victim, and said that “the victim would have sleep all the reported horses at a level of 20,000 won” and “the victim would have sleeped the victim again at a level of 20,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual harassment that causes sexual humiliation to the victim who is a child.

At around 00:20 on February 4, 2020, the Defendant openly committed obscene acts by drinking alcohol at the E restaurant located in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, D, with the aftermath of restaurant, and exposing sexual organ to a speaker who is installed in front of the aftermath of restaurant.
