Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:20 on November 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s business operation by force by preventing customers who had entered the said main points from entering the instant main points by, under the influence of force, the Defendant: (b) stated that “In a entertainment drinking house, the Defendant would drink anywhere in the said main points under the influence of alcohol; (c) provided the victim with “Isn, Isn, Isn, Isn,” while drinking as a customer; and (d) continuously provided a bath to the customer who had talked within three main points of the said main points.
