A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Fraud and interference with business at the “C” point;

A. On September 4, 2014, around 00:10 on September 4, 2014, the Defendant expressed an attitude that he/she would normally pay the drinking value to F, an employee, at the main point of “C” of the victim E’s operation on the first floor of Busan Jin-gu D, Busan, and ordered alcohol and alcohol.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the price.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving F and receiving from F the offer of the two weeks in the aggregate amount of KRW 210,000 in the market value from F.

B. At the same time and place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant presented a physical card that was requested by F, an employee of the said victim, to pay for the drinking value ordered by the said victim, and that it did not reach the settlement, thereby interfering with the victim’s main business by force by preventing customers from entering the main points of the card by avoiding disturbance for about one hour, such as “I find money promptly on the card,” “I want to find money,” “I am hys,” “I am hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys hys, and “I do not hys hys hys hys off on the main floor of the said main point.”

2. Fraud and interference with business at “G” points;

A. On September 8, 2014, around 22:28, the Defendant, at the “G” point of the victim J’s operation of “I” hotel in Busan H, expressed an attitude that he/she would normally pay the alcohol value to K, who is an employee, and ordered the alcohol and alcohol.

However, there was no intention or ability to pay the price.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving K, was provided by K with the combined market value of KRW 621,00,000 from K, i.e., the two weeks.

B. At the same time and place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant requested payment of the drinking value ordered by K, an employee of the said victim, to the extent that the balance remains.
