1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are the foreign workers of the Thailand nationality of the Thailand, “D,” and the Defendants are those retired from the said company from January 2016 to August 15, 2016 when they worked as the head of the quality control division.

On January 22, 2017, the Defendants prepared a written statement to the effect that “E invadedd A without permission into A’s accommodation without permission, and forced indecent act by force,” and submitted to the said D company a written statement to the effect that employees in the name of the Defendants in the name of the company filed a complaint with the public service center of the Suwon-gu Suwon-gu Suwon-gu 120 for indecent act by force and intrusion upon residence by registered mail, around February 6, 2017.

Accordingly, on March 15, 2017, the Defendants appeared in the Gyeonggi-do Police Station Women's Juvenile and Office in the Gyeonggi-gu Police Station in the Namyang-gu, Namyang-gu, Namyang-do, 570, and made an investigation for witnesses, and Defendant A stated to the effect that "E meta E, while under the influence of alcohol, at around July 22, 2016, in a manner of under the influence of alcohol, she pushed off E, and escaped from B, too far away from A’s accommodation, and Defendant B stated, respectively, to the effect that "A was able to find A’s sound as a room behind the above temporary border, and that A escaped from the E self room."

However, at the time, E and A were congested, and around July 22, 2016, E were engaged in sparing A, or A did not escape due to the escape of E. B.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to commit a criminal punishment against E.
